Having commenced his career in frontline sales and advancing into major accounts management, Sheldon has natural people and organisational skills. He is empathetic and takes pride in “putting himself in the client’s shoes” to ensure a positive outcome in Evoke Projects’ commercial fit-outs.
Sheldon prefers an upfront approach, keeping clients informed every step of the way, anticipating potential issues and proactively managing the fit-out project to stay on track.
Having also worked in technical support in his last company, Sheldon is detail focused and ready to respond to clients immediately. His aim is not only to deliver on the customer’s expectations but also to go above and beyond.
Sheldon is passionate about researching new products and processes, with a view to cost effectiveness, seeking to contribute to the continuous improvement of Evoke Projects' design and workplace fit-out operations.
